Get to Know Dr. Alexandra
Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care
Dr. Alexandra is the proud owner of Minneota Family Dental. She grew up in Apple Valley, MN and went to college in St. Joseph at the College of Saint Benedict, where she received her undergraduate degree in biology. She then went on to obtain her DDS degree with distinction from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
Dr. Alexandra believes that the best kind of dental care is personal, individualized, and compassionate. She’s committed to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients so that they can feel confident that their smiles are in good hands.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Dr. Alexandra walking her dogs with her husband, crafting, or spending time outdoors in her garden. She and her husband also love to get their hands dirty working in their 8-acre farm!

What to expect
Your First Visit
the PATIENT EXPERIENCE
When you first walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our comfortable environment and our friendly office staff. You’ll be invited to sit down and relax as you fill out any new patient forms prior to your appointment. Once those are complete and your hygienist is ready for you, we’ll invite you back into one of our operatories.
You’ll receive a cleaning, comprehensive exam, x-rays, and Dr. Alexandra will sit down with you to discuss the results. If everything looks good, you’ll be able to schedule your next appointment in the front office. If anything needs extra attention, Dr. Alexandra will explain the results and take time to address any questions or concerns you might have, and she will describe any further treatment recommendations.
WHAT TO BRING
In order to help make your visit more efficient, we ask that you bring your ID, your insurance information, and any patient forms you’ve filled out prior to your appointment.

Sometimes the promise of long-lasting oral health isn’t very exciting to young patients. But you know what is exciting? Special prizes! That’s why we’ve implemented a special prize box for children after they’ve completed their appointment.
Our Community Outreach Programs
Giving Back
We love participating in Boxelder Bug Days by sponsoring a stop on the“fun run,” donating prizes, and being a part of the parade. We also host the town preschoolers and present in the kindergarten classrooms each year during Children's Dental Health Month.
